If like me you love Paella, but aren't keen on shellfish such as Mussels, then try this recipe.
The beauty of this dish is that it's made in one pan, so totally easy, tastes divine & looks colourful!  Top tip - don't forget to squeeze fresh lemon juice over the Paella before eating, it really adds to the flavour.
An ideal dish to try on friends served with crusty bread & a side salad. Let me know if you love...
