Thai Crab Cakes

by Adele

I love eating Thai food but apart from the occasional Thai Green Curry I don't cook it a great deal at home. I saw this recipe & immediately loved all the authentic ingredients, which I found without problem in my supermarket. It was a must try! The recipe is so easy, especially if you have a Food Processor as you can blitz all the ingredients together without any chopping...my kind of prep!!

serve with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce, noodles & oriental vegetables...enjoy x

These look absolutely delicious! I had crabcakes for the first time last month at my boyfriends parents house and I wondered where they had been hiding all my life. I could eat them every week. The oriental veg looks so fresh and inviting too, mmmm :-)

Lots of love
