Fed up with Christmas Pudding & Mince Pies? Or simply need a delicious dessert to throw together in a flash. You don't really need a recipe to make this it's that easy, but I found this recipe for you to follow, just in case you fancy making your own meringue!
To make this super quick & easy, it's best to cheat like I did & buy good quality meringues.
 |
| all you need is meringue, strawberries, double cream, vanilla essence & caster sugar |
 |
| whip together the cream, vanilla essence & half the sugar |
 |
| the cream should be stiff like this |
 |
| hull & slice the strawberries |
 |
| blend half of the strawberries & sugar to a pulp |
 |
| crumble the meringues into the cream |
 |
| drizzle over the strawberry coulis |
 |
sprinkle over the other half of the strawberries & serve
I can guarantee you'll have your guests wanting more!!
