As you know, my sister stopped the weekend just gone. She's a real foodie, so I wanted to cook something new for her, that was delicious, but didn't take too long to make. I settled upon this recipe, which was easy to follow & took under 30 mins to make. I substituted the Mussels for King Prawns (I don't like Mussels!).
So with my sister as sous chef & the wine a flowing we got cooking...
|served with garlic butter filled mini jacket potatoes, roasted parsnips drizzled with honey & fresh sugarsnap peas|
Some really fresh flavours came through from the chorizo & fennel, & the fish was melt in the mouth!
