Entertaining...
These supercute looking Goats Cheese Truffles are perfect for serving with drinks, or as party nibbles.
As you know, I like easy to prepare food, especially when I've got friends coming over...these are brilliant, they can be prepared in advance & chilled before your guests arrive.
I've tried various coatings, but my 3 favourites for taste & colour are: chopped fresh chives, roasted chopped hazlenuts & crushed pink peppercorns.
Oh, and did I mention how absolutely delicious they taste? I can guarantee the plate will be cleared!

Yummy!
Have a great Wednesday Lovelies

Ooo that's a wonderful idea! It's colorful, not time consuming to make, and looks delicious!
What other combinations do you make? Do you ever roll in other spices or combinations with the goat cheese? Cranberries rolled with the cheese sound like they would be great with this.
