Warning...if you're a cheese lover, then this dish will be irresistable! I first tried it as a sharing starter at the local pub in our village, then found this recipe online to recreate the dish at home. There's a multitude of ways to serve & accompany the cheese...from fresh crusty bread, to dried fruit or even drizzle over fresh pasta for a main meal to suggest just a few!
