Easter Treats: Coconut Marshmallow Nests

by Adele

It's always good to indulge a little over the Easter break! If you're looking for some easy to make, super moorish Easter treats, then look no further than my take on these cute little Coconut Marshmallow Nests containing my favourites - Cadburys Mini Eggs!!
I used this recipe for the nests & in line with my current love of pastels, I decided to make pastel coloured nests, opting for 2 colours : pastel pink & pastel lemon (easy to do with food colouring).

Et voila...yummy, pretty & in this seasons key colours!!

Anyone else addicted to Cadburys Mini Eggs as much as I am?

Have a fab Wednesday Lovelies

I love how pretty and perfect the buns look, awesome recipe Adele. We actually made something similar recently but with Shredded Wheat instead of coconut and it was delicious, the mini eggs just complete it for me!

Super cute! I can never keep mini eggs long enough to make something with them - they always get eaten too fast :P
