Favourite Recipes

by Adele
Les Macarons definitely my toughest challenge, but my proudest culinary achievement!

As I'm not around this week to cook (yes, I get a whole week off from cooking!!), I thought I'd take the opportunity to look back & share some of my favourite recipes I've made on intotheblonde & tell you a little bit about why they made my top 10.

Cooking is definitely one of my passions in life, as is eating healthily, so I was surprised at how many sweet treats there are in this mix!! Maybe I've got more of a sweet tooth than I give myself credit for, although I have to say that when it comes to all the cakes, Ian often takes them into work to share out, once I've tried a couple!

Baked Camembert being a cheese lover this is my favourite sharing recipe

Bloomin Brilliant Brownies this recipe is a great chocolate fix when you have that uncontrollable craving for chocolate!
Favourite Winter Salad I love the colour, textures & flavour in this dish, which I would eat all year round!
Goats Cheese Truffles the perfect eats for drinks, these have gone down well whenever I have served them to friends
Scrambled Egg Muffins with Smoked Salmon & Sour Cream my favourite breakfast treat!
Peppermint Creams so easy to make & oh so yummy!

Lemon, Ginger & Mint Quencher so refreshing, this has become my favourite non alcoholic summer drink

Toad In The Hole the ultimate in comfort food!

Sticky Toffee Pudding I loved the rich toffee sauce that accompanies this yummy dessert

Now over to you, which recipe posts have you enjoyed the most? I'd love to know which recipes you've tried, how they turned out & if you loved (or didn't love!!).

Macarons were my toughest challenge too - but once you get it right, they're oh so good!

I've always wanted to try making baked camembert... I fear I would eat the entire thing by myself though.

And that Brownie looks incredible.

I wish I could create only a tenth of what you can. All these dishes look perfect and I am sure taste as nice. The macarons are as certainly a major achievement (I've heard that they are difficult to make).

Sadly...Adele I have not yet tried any of these recipes! I don't know how to cook but that is no excuse as you have salads and also desserts! I definitely want to try the sticky toffee pudding.
