Whenever we have friends over for drinks I love to make some homemade, easy to eat nibbles to accompany them. I've got a few fail safe recipe's that are quick & easy to make (remember this post & this post), super delicious & always help the drinks to slip down easily!!
This recipe is no exception & will guarantee to be a hit with your guests. For extra ease, use the ready rolled puff pastry & use the finest quality bacon you can lay your hands on to give the most flavoursome results.
For vegetarian options, it's easy to omit the bacon, or for a nice alternative try sprinkling chopped mushrooms on top of the cheese.
