Happy September to you all & welcome to my new look blog!
As previously mentioned in this post, I've been selling a lot of my clothes, shoes & accessories that I no longer wear on eBay. It's a great way of creating space in your wardrobe before the new season kicks off & has been a very cathartic process.
It's also allowed me to treat myself to a few luxury purchases. New in are these gorgeous Chanel CC crystal stud earrings which had been on my wish list for a very long time. I'm so excited that they're finally mine.
Here's a close up...
Topshop Leather Quilted Ballerinas - £45
Quilting is bang on trend for AW12, as are toe caps. As soon as I saw these pretty ballerinas from Topshop I knew they'd be the perfect pair of flats to run errands in for the autumn.
They also work well with my Love Moschino bag...
Zara Denim Shirt £29.99
Denim shirts are massively on trend for autumn, as already mentioned in my trend alert post. There's so many variations out there on the high street with studs, embroidery etc, but I was looking for something plain. I loved the wash level & soft hand feel to this shirt from Zara.
Zara Jumper With Faux Leather Front £35.99 (sold out online)
I'm loving leather incorporated into garments & fell instantly in love with this faux leather front lightweight knit. I know it's going to be one of my wardrobe staples as it looks great with denim as well as a nice pencil skirt.
Tom Ford Whitney Sunglasses
Ok, so I know what you're thinking - what's she doing buying sunglasses at this time of year!! I wear my sunglasses all year long & treat them as an accessory to my outfits, so it doesn't seem odd to buy them at the end of the summer season. I bought these Tom Ford Whitney's to go with my new caramel biker jacket & Prada bag (last seen here).
Is there anything you're loving?
