So far this season, when it comes to Christmas baking I've had many requests for my Mince Pies, so when Ian asked if I could bake some treats for him to take into work I decided on something a little different. These biscuits make perfect Christmas tree decorations & look stunning when the light catches them, as well as tasting delicious.
Have a yummy Wednesday Lovelies

I would so love to make these, they look yummy. Too bad where I live there is no ginger the main ingredient, I've been wanting so far to make gingerbread cookies but no luck with finding ginger yet. Thanks for commenting on the blog for the second time lol. It meas a lot to know someone is reading, since I don't have any followers yet.
