Happy Friday Lovelies! Can you believe it's December tomorrow? I can't!!

I couldn't wait to wear my new jacket thanks to Sugarlips. The boucle & frayed edge detail is very Chanel, whilst the chunky silver chains really give the jacket an edge.

I wore it for the first time last Sunday with a simple jeans & blouse combo, but I'm looking forward to styling it with leather & pencil skirts. Think it's going to be a great jacket to carry me through to SS13.

Butternut Squash + Sweet Potato Lasagne

If there are any vegetarians reading today...you have to try this recipe!

Butternut Squash is one of my favourite vegetables. I adore it roasted, but have never cooked a lasagne with it before. 

As it's in season & at its best, I couldn't wait to combine it with all the flavours that go into this delicious dish...think sage, rosemary, nutmeg, ginger.

If you're worried about the cheese levels (the sauce is made with ricotta & parmesan), use the low fat equivalents which are readily available in most supermarkets.

A great alternative to a classic lasagne.

Golden Jacquard

First outfit post with my new birthday gifts - I picked the windiest day to take these shots - my hair was literally flying everywhere, but at least the sun was shining. 

I wore this outfit to London on Saturday (only with a different bag & jewellery). My new golden jacquard skirt is my favourite go to piece to wear (berry leather pants, you have been relegated!)

 I also couldn't have hoped for a better match between my bag, snood & nail varnish...you should know by now how I love to coordinate!

Today is my birthday - whoop whoop!

Happy Monday Lovelies! How was your weekend?

Say hello to Alma! I spent a very wet, rainy Saturday in London, shopping with my sister. Despite the weather we had a fab girly day. First stop was Louis Vuitton to buy my long-awaited Alma bag - a present from Ian for my birthday tomorrow.

Whenever I buy an investment piece like this, I always go for a design that I know will stand the test of time.

I adore Alma's classic shape & the colour - Amarante looks almost black in some lights, then when the light catches it the gorgeous bordeaux lustre vernis shines through.

Hope you love it as much as I do.

Hermes Clic H Bracelet

A joint birthday & Christmas present from my family, a Hermes bracelet had been on my wishlist for a long time. The tough decision to make was which colour to buy? Luckily, as soon as I tried this black & gold beauty on that was it...decision made instantly.

I actually love it soooo much I can see myself buying other colours (when I can afford to!).
