Whenever I make crostini, it reminds me of balmy days spent in Bellagio, Lake Como. I'm a real fan of fresh tasting flavours & this dish doesn't disappoint on that score.
Today's recipe makes a delicious lunch, or is great to serve as a snack with drinks. Tomato/basil/mint & goats cheese/fig/honey/balsamic are two of my favourite toppings, but the sky's the limit - you can pretty much top the crostini with what you like!
