by Adele

As a prelude to the Oscars & to combat my Nacho cravings since coming back from Mexico, I decided to make us some Nachos on Sunday.
If you've never made your own guacamole & salsa when eating Nachos, you really must - the fresh combination of flavours is far tastier than shop bought equivalents!

I've found this recipe delivers every single time.

topped with melted cheese, refried beans, homemade salsa & guacamole, sour cream

Have a yummy Wednesday Lovelies

This looks really delicious! I love nachos! We have two zara stores in Chicago, the one on Michigan ave has more Zara woman pieces, vs the other location which has more of the basic line. We still have sale stuff left at the store!!!!

It's strange (and unexplainable) that I have never ever tried to make nachos and guacamole at home - why, if it's such an easy (and delicious!) thing to make? You've given me a motivation to try the recipe out soon, thanks!
