Today's recipe is a week night regular chez moi. It takes less than 30 minutes to make, combines the freshest ingredients & totally delivers on authentic flavour. The actual recipe uses steak, but as I don't eat red meat chicken works equally as well.
Also using my Japanese Cherry Blossom crockery - a beautiful wedding present from my Japanese penfriend Tae, who actually came to my wedding.
