Biscotti With Hot Mocha Dipping Sauce

Wednesday, 10 April 2013

by Adele

If you follow me by instagram or twitter (@intotheblonde) you'll know that I'm rather partial to a decaf cappucino - whether I make one at home with our coffee machine, or when I'm out & about with a Starbucks or Costa!

Biscotti is one of my favourite treats to accompany my cappucino.
Great to serve when friends come over for an extra naughty treat you can make the hot mocha dipping sauce, which is a chocaholics dream!

Biscotti means twice baked, which is how many times you have to cook these little biscuits to make authentic biscotti.
I've made 2 varieties: pistachio & cranberry, as well as chocolate & orange.
Exceptionally easy to make, you just need to ensure you have enough time to cook them (twice!).

...and now for the hot molten chocolate sauce

Cappu anyone?

Have a yummy Wednesday Lovelies

I don't think that I've ever had a biscotti before but it looks awesome and like the perfect kind of thing that you would have with your coffee! The mocha dipping sauce sounds just devilish, like the kind of thing I wouldn't be able to get enough off, mmmm!
