Fruity Striped Ice Cubes

Happy Wednesday Lovelies!

Summer Coolers...when I read this post on Oh Joy! back in May, I instantly book marked it to try for the summer & have made a weekly batch of fruity striped ice cubes ever since!

To make them it's a simple layering technique using a combination of juices, smoothies & coconut milk. You just need the time for each layer to set in the freezer before adding the next.

If you have oodles of time on your hands you can make your own smoothie combinations like Joy has, but I cheated & used shop bought.

They're vibrant, quirky, fun & sooooo refreshing on a summers day.
