Charred Eggy Bread With Strawberries And Honey

Happy Wednesday Lovelies!

This is a yummy treat of a breakfast I sometimes rustle up of a weekend - as my sister Nicky stayed last weekend it was the perfect excuse to make it!
It wasn't until I first went to the States back in 1999 that I discovered mixing sweet & savoury for breakfast. At first I thought it was a really odd thing to do, but once I tried it there was no going I really love it!

Trust me, you have to try it!

can't beat a bit of eggy bread!

I've never heard it called "eggy bread" before! It reminds me of french toast but with a twist :)
