Seared Tuna With A Soy & Wasabi Glaze

Wednesday, 30 October 2013

Happy Wednesday Lovelies!

I adore Japanese food, but even more than that I would have to admit I'm a bit of a Wasabi addict. So when I saw today's recipe recently on The Londoner (one of my favourite blog reads), it totally got me salivating & I knew I had to try it out for myself to satisfy those Wasabi cravings in me.

It's super quick to make, the glaze packs a punch with the Wasabi, yet has a wonderful sweetness to it & works so well with the minted pea puree.
We loved it so much, it's definitely going to be a regular chez intotheblonde!

if you haven't got one of these handy gadgets, you can mash the peas with a fork

try to buy the best quality tuna you can find

the glaze combines butter, lemon juice, Wasabi paste & soy sauce

dig in & enjoy!

Have a yummy Wednesday Lovelies!
