Kiwi, Ginger & Banana Smoothie

Happy Wednesday Lovelies!

Today's recipe is not the most photogenic, but it tastes so good I just had to post it...
I'm a big fan of homemade juicing & smoothies - they give you a great shot of vitamins, full of fresh goodness & additive free.

This is one of my current favourite smoothies - the addition of oats, milk & yoghurt makes it more of a breakfast style smoothie that I can just stick in the blender & blitz if I'm in a rush.
You get a refreshing kick from the ginger, but at the same time it's not too overpowering.

Kiwi fruit is packed with vitamin C, whilst bananas are an essential source of potassium & ginger is good for the heart, so you'll get a real healthy fix when you drink one of these babies!
